Terms & conditions

Reservations:

For Multiple room reservation the requiered deposit mut be done at least with 1 week before arrive.

The only reservation warranty is the previous bank tranfer ( the first night fee )

Every Reservation will be confirmed via email or by phone

The reservations for 1 room must be done with at least two days before arrive with the bank transfer

Tha payment must be in cash when you arrive or with previous bank transfer.

We don't respect the reservations on the following situations :

1.- If the client don't reply to our confirmations with their requested data or bank transfer( tentative arriving hour)

2.- After 1 hour late of the tentative arriving hour, unless previous notice.

Cancellations:

In case of cancellation please let us know at least 24hrs or as soon as possible.

If cancellation is made already on arrive and install cause a 15% charge of the total amount.
